The TEE (Trans Europ Express) set includes two motorized locos at each end of the 3 car set. Each loco has directional lighting and cars and locos are pre-wired for sound, lighting and DCC options. Additional passenger cars and a dinning cars are available for adding on to your train. This is a classic high speed passenger train modeled after the VT 11.5 prototype. Two motors at each end of the 2 meter train powers the 3 car set on track with R1 (600mm) minimum radius track at 0 to 24 volts of track power.

PIKO Digital System Overview
PIKO has recently announced the PIKO Digital System. This new system has three primary components; a central station, a wireless receiver and the Navigator wireless hand held controller. These products have a many similarities to the Massoth DiMAX line of digital train control products as many of the designs, electronics and firmware appear to have been licensed to PIKO in these products. The Menu system and features of the PIKO Navigator appear to be functionally the same as the Massoth Navigator.
The PIKO Digital System includes all the components required to operate MTS/DCC layouts and as it has the DiMAX bus, it is compatible with systems using this bus including the LGB MTS III and Massoth Central Stations and other DiMAX components such as feedback modules. For example; Massoth Navigators and Receivers may be interchanged with the PIKO Navigators and Receivers.

The PIKO Digital System is based on the LGB MTS and NMRA (National Model Railway Association) DCC (Digital Command Control) standards and compliant with both so LGB MTS and DCC equipped locos can be operated and programmed. The PIKO G Digital system is based on the Massoth DiMAX bus used by the LGB MTS III central station and Massoth equipment to provide compatibility with both systems bus components. The PIKO Navigator, the wireless controller, can also be used to control both the Massoth and LGB MTS III equipment and can also be used with the PIKO G Controller for DC (analog) train control.
